The City of Paducah Planning Department is sponsoring a financial education workshop focused on the path to homeownership. Financial Wellness Coach Angie Wilke with Operation Hope will lead this free workshop for the community on Thursday, March 27 from 5 until 6:30 p.m. at Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) located at 2550 Irvin Cobb Drive in Paducah.
During this workshop, Wilke will present information on homeownership topics including mortgages, types of loans, budgeting, financial literacy strategies, and homeownership challenges. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the presentation. City Planning Department staff will be at the workshop to provide informational materials on the Southside Home Rehabilitation and New Construction Incentive programs.
